Important 

• Position the support pillow with the thicker side under your neck and the thinner side under your head. 
• Secure the pillow by sliding the elastic strap around the headrest.
• Adjust the pillow along the headrest to find the most comfortable position.
•  Do not use the pillow for supine Pilates exercises that require lifting the pelvis.
