You can easily upgrade the resistance on your Reformer Pilates by adding the Red Power Cord to your machine. The red cord adds 40% more resistance than the black cord, helping you achieve your strength training goals.
Why do we recommend it?
• Allows you to replace or change the combination of cords available.
• Gives your reformer a new life.
• Upgrade your old reformer: if your AeroPilates only has black cords, you can replace them with a new red cord and/or a new yellow cord, increasing the possible combinations to up to 11 resistance levels.
• Suitable for both beginners and advanced users.
The Red power cord offers more resistance than a black cord (approximately 1.5 times more). Depending on the exercise, it can help tone and strengthen more trained muscles or, by providing greater guidance and support, it makes the workout easier.
